The key difference is that awning windows can remain open during light rain without letting water in, making them ideal for wet climates and areas where continuous ventilation is desired.

Yes. Our uPVC awning windows can be reinforced with impact-resistant laminated glass and heavy-duty frames to meet Miami-Dade and other hurricane protection standards. For the best protection in storm-prone regions, we recommend our dedicated hurricane impact window range, but reinforced awning configurations are available for less extreme requirements.

We offer fully customizable sizing. Standard widths range from 400mm to 1800mm and heights from 400mm to 1500mm. Configurations include single awning, paired awning (two side-by-side), and combination units with fixed upper or lower panels. Custom sizes beyond standard ranges are available upon request.

We offer double glazing (5mm+12A+5mm, 5mm+16A+5mm) and triple glazing options. Glass types include clear float, Low-E coated, laminated, tempered, and acoustic glass. Argon gas filling between panes is available for enhanced thermal performance. All glazing can be customized to meet your local energy code requirements.

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of standard colors including White, Cream, Black, and various Woodgrain finishes. Custom RAL colors are also available with Cool-Colors technology, which prevents the frame surface from overheating in direct sunlight — particularly important for dark-colored frames in warm climates.
