Sizes & proportions
Share opening dimensions, panel divisions and sill heights. Large assemblies need a review of glass weight, reinforcement and handling.
Home / uPVC Windows / Combination Windows Custom uPVC window manufacturing Bring fixed glazing and opening sections together around your project’s daylight, ventilation and layout requirements. Made to order by ROPO for builders, developers and trade buyers. Share your window schedule to discuss configurations, glazing and project supply. 01 / Choose your layout A combination window brings fixed and opening sections into a coordinated assembly. Choose a layout to explore, then ask us to review it against your project requirements. Place an opening casement beside fixed glazing. Review swing clearance, panel proportions and access for cleaning. Concept diagrams, not fabrication drawings. System compatibility, dimensions, reinforcement and opening directions require project review. Factory-mulled and site-joined assemblies need specific connection details.Custom uPVC Combination Windows for Building Projects

03 / Technical selection
Performance depends on the complete assembly: frame, glass, opening sections, connections and installation.
View Technical ResourcesFor architectural schedules and tender documents, request the data for the exact system and configuration being proposed.
| Specification | What to confirm for your project |
|---|---|
| Frame system | System identification, frame depth, profile sections and compatible opening types. |
| Assembly dimensions | Overall width and height, individual pane sizes, sash weight and reinforcement requirements. |
| Glass build-up | Pane thicknesses, cavity, coatings, safety glass and compatibility with the selected frame. |
| Thermal performance | Whole-window U-value and SHGC for the proposed configuration; distinguish these from glass-only values. |
| Acoustic performance | Applicable acoustic rating, test configuration and the role of opening seals and glazing. |
| Wind, air & water | Design requirements, tested size, connection details and the scope of the supporting reports. |
| Market requirements | Project location and applicable documentation. Australian projects may require review of AS 2047 test information and relevant energy data. |
| Delivery format | Factory-assembled or site-joined units, packing dimensions, labelling and installation access. |

ROPO is a custom window and door manufacturer in China. Bring us the project brief, or discuss a supply relationship for your building or distribution business.
05 / Project references
Explore regional references, then tell us which building type and window configuration you need for your next project.

Explore ROPO’s Australian project portfolio. Discuss glazing, project location and required documentation.
Review regional references and bring the wind, exposure and performance requirements for your site.

The regional portfolio includes different product types. Project references do not establish certification or suitability for a different window system.
06 / Pricing & delivery
Combination windows are specified to order. Submit your dimensions and quantities so the quote can reflect the actual scope of supply.
Overall dimensions, opening sections, glazing, hardware, finish, reinforcement and packing. Confirm whether freight and installation are included in the quoted scope.
Tell us your total quantity and mix of sizes. Ask for the minimum order and sample terms that apply to your proposed system and finish.
Allow for drawing confirmation, production, inspection and transport. Request an order-specific schedule rather than assuming one lead time for every configuration.

Questions from project and trade buyers.
Ask About Your Project ↗Fixed glazing can be coordinated with opening sections such as casement, awning, sliding or tilt-and-turn windows, depending on the frame system. Use the layouts above as a starting point; compatibility and final construction need project review.
Share your window schedule, elevations and required dimensions. ROPO can discuss the proposed configuration and identify details that need confirmation before a quotation or manufacturing drawing is finalised.
There is no single maximum for every combination. The selected system, individual sash and glass sizes, design pressure, reinforcement and connection method all matter. Submit the complete opening dimensions for assessment.
The delivery format should be agreed for the specific assembly. Large units may require separate sections for transport or site access. Confirm connection components, weather sealing and installation responsibilities before ordering.
Start with your thermal, acoustic and safety requirements. Discuss double glazing, coatings and safety glass against the selected system. Confirm whether proposed performance figures describe the glass alone or the complete window.
Request available documentation for the proposed model, size, glazing and joining configuration. State the project location and the requirements being checked so that relevant documents can be identified.
Ask for terms covering your actual order mix, finishes and quantities. Production timing should be confirmed alongside drawing approval, any special components and the proposed delivery schedule.
Start with the project country, approximate window quantities and dimensions, and preferred opening arrangements. Add drawings and performance requirements when available. A preliminary enquiry can begin before all details are complete.
